Lecturer at the National Institute for Training and Improvement of Lawyers in the subject “Commercial Law”

The National Institute for Training and Improvement of Lawyers (INPPA) is established based on Article 63(j) of Law No. 51/June 7, 1995, for the organization and practice of the legal profession, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania No. 113/March 6, 2001, the provisions of the Statute of the legal profession published in the Official Gazette of Romania No. 284/May 31, 2001, and relevant legislation.

The National Institute for Training and Improvement of Lawyers is a non-governmental organization operating within and under the authority of the Union of Lawyers of Romania.

One of the objectives of the National Institute for Training and Improvement of Lawyers is to create the organizational framework so that, in collaboration with the professional bodies of the legal profession, the obligations regarding professional training stipulated by Law No. 51/June 7, 1995, for the organization and practice of the legal profession, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania No. 113/March 6, 2001, and the Statute of the legal profession published in the Official Gazette of Romania No. 284/May 31, 2001, can be fulfilled. This includes ensuring the training of trainee lawyers, raising the professional level of all lawyers, and ensuring compliance with professional ethics and discipline.

Starting this year, I have acquired the position of lecturer at INPPA – Central Structure Bucharest, in the subject “Commercial Law,” during which I had the great pleasure of contributing to the professional training of dozens of trainee lawyers who, through active participation in the organized courses, successfully graduated from the Institute.
Sincere congratulations to the newly admitted lawyers!
