Data Protection and Judicial Executors

More than two months have passed since the new legislation on personal data protection came into force, specifically Regulation 679/27-Apr-2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) issued by the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament.

Under the new legislation, judicial executors are considered personal data controllers, meaning they process multiple data regarding various individuals (e.g., the debtor, the creditor, the garnishee, etc.).
