On 18.11.2022, the European Lawyers Foundation together with the National Union of Romanian Bar Associations organized a conference with numerous theorists and practitioners in the field of European law on the topic “Data Protection in the European Union.”
During this conference, as a speaker, I presented a material on the legal nature of the data subject’s consent.
