On November 18, 2022, the European Lawyers Foundation, together with the National Union of Bar Associations in Romania, organized a conference with numerous theoreticians and practitioners in the European legal field on the topic “Data Protection in the European Union.”
During this conference, as a speaker, I presented a material regarding the validity conditions of the data subject’s consent in the processing of data by various authorities and public institutions in Romania.
