On March 31, 2023, the European Lawyers Foundation, together with the National Union of Bar Associations of Romania, organized a conference with numerous theorists and practitioners in the field of European law on the topic of “Civil Law.”
During this conference, as a speaker, I presented a material regarding the legal nature of an insolvency practitioner from the perspective of data protection legislation (are they a data controller or a data processor?).
